Pumpkin Patch

I love a pumpkin patch. It kicks off the beginning of fall. We drove to Montz Louisiana several weekends ago to partake in a little "pumpkin picking". We soon found out that it is too wet to grow pumpkins in Louisiana (which I have to say is a big strike against LA in my book). What they do is drop a bunch of pumpkins in a field and call it a patch. I have to admit my spirits were a little dampened by this method. However, it didn't affect Viola one bit. She was trying her hardest to pick up every pumpkin she came across.
