It is that time again to make homemade goodies for the neighbors and a few of Will's co-workers. Last year we made apple butter preserves and this year we decided to make marshmallows with crushed peppermint and cocoa (If this doesn't win their hearts then I am at a loss). This is our second time making marshmallows and they came out a little different. Last time the recipe we used called for egg whites which makes for a fluffier marshmallow. Either way you go they are delicious I was not disappointed.

ReplyDeleteHey Fran! Sure. It is cocoa and sugar (the one on the side of the Hershey's unsweetened cocoa box).
